Dato' Roslan bin Hamir was appointed as a Director of the Company on 11 October 2002 and made Group Managing Director on 1 April 2009. He is also the Managing Director of Fima Corporation Berhad.
He is an ACCA graduate with Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance. He began his career with Messrs. Ernst & Young in 1993 as an auditor. He then joined Kumpulan Fima Berhad as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services in 1998. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of Narborough Plantations Plc.

In 2005, he was appointed as Director of Operations of Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd ("PKN"), subsidiary of FimaCorp and subsequently appointed as Chief Operating Officer of FimaCorp on 23 November 2009. He was appointed as Executive Director, Operations of PKN on 25 August 2014. He is also a Board member of several of the Group's subsidiaries.

In 2005, he was promoted as Director of Sales and was appointed to the Board as Executive Director, Sales on 25 August 2014.

Mohd Rizal is a Board member of several of the Group's plantation subsidiaries.

At present, he oversees all project and engineering works in Fima Bulking Group.

He was promoted to Senior Estate Manager and served for PT. Nunukan Jaya Lestari in Indonesia, one of the subsidiaries under the KFima Group for four years since June 2010.
